Providing psychological safety for people to experience open dialogue is particularly important to me. Based on an early childhood experience and a more recent professional one I have lived through the shame of not feeling able to raise my voice

I used to be addicted to the frequent pain, inevitable failure and fleeting gratification of leading high-performance, innovative organizations so as to repeat familiar yet uncomfortable experiences from my past
